Innovate and Adapt: To introduce at least two new event formats or topics each year, incorporating the latest trends and technologies in academia and professional development to stay at the forefront of educational innovation.
Foster Community and Collaboration: To build a robust online community platform by the end of the year, enabling continuous engagement, networking, and collaboration among academics, professionals, and students beyond the events.
